The production
of this CD & booklet is a grassroots effort by the hepCmeditations
project team of Bill Aal, Margo Adair, Laura Bresler, and Robin
Roth. We were fortunate to have technical assistance from
many talented and caring people. |

Margo
Adair is
the developer of Applied Meditation for intuitive problem solving.
Her approach synthesizes working with mindfulness, intuition
and imagery. It is used by people in the healing arts worldwide.
She authored the newly revised classic Working
Inside Out: Tools for Change and Meditations on Everything
Under the Sun.
For the last 25 years Margo has given trainings in
Applied Meditation in public and medical settings. She maintains
a private practice making individualized recorded meditations
to help people meet the particular challenges they face. With
Bill Aal, a partner in this CD project, she founded Tools
for Change Institute to bring history, heart, spirit, values and
vision into public life. They offer programs on Healing the Healer
to help people avoid burn-out, ground themselves in purpose

Robin
Roth, M.S., is a health educator and tenured faculty
member at City College of San Francisco in the Health
Science and Women’s
Studies Departments.
She teaches CCSF’s course on Hepatitis A, B,
C, is a certified Hepatitis C Educator, and previous co-facilitator of
a Hepatitis C Support Project support group.
Robin has been a speaker
for Quan Yin Healing Arts HCV Certificate for Acupuncturists, and the
Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality. She created
the CCSF’s
Women’s Health
classes, and is cofounder of CCSF’s HIV/STD Education Certificate
Program.
Robin used meditation, acupuncture, herbs, and
Qigong/Tai Chi, as well as Western medicine to cure her hepatitis
C. She continues to use meditation and holistic health methods
to heal her liver and maintain health and well-being.

William Aal – Business operations
Aal has worked in social justice and environmental issues for 30 years.
He is co-director of Tools for Change working with Margo Adair on the integration
of spiritual healing and political change. As a consultant,
facilitator and mediator, he works with groups and organizations on opening
the imagination to change, looking at issues of economic and social justice
with creative and analytical tools.
