The production of this CD & booklet is a grassroots effort by the hepCmeditations project team of Bill Aal, Margo Adair, Laura Bresler, and Robin Roth.  We were fortunate to have technical assistance from many talented and caring people.

Margo Adair is the developer of Applied Meditation for intuitive problem solving. Her approach synthesizes working with mindfulness, intuition and imagery. It is used by people in the healing arts worldwide. She authored the newly revised classic Working Inside Out: Tools for Change and Meditations on Everything Under the Sun.

For the last 25 years Margo has given trainings in Applied Meditation in public and medical settings. She maintains a private practice making individualized recorded meditations to help people meet the particular challenges they face. With Bill Aal, a partner in this CD project, she founded Tools for Change Institute to bring history, heart, spirit, values and vision into public life. They offer programs on Healing the Healer to help people avoid burn-out, ground themselves in purpose and contribute their best.
