William Aal – Business operations
Aal has worked in social justice and environmental issues for 30 years. He is co-director of Tools for Change working with Margo Adair on the integration of spiritual   healing and political change.  As a consultant, facilitator and mediator, he works with groups and organizations on opening the imagination to change, looking at issues of economic and social justice with creative and analytical tools.
